Lack of communication within neighborhood
Pieces missing from fence along 41st street
Light out at entrances
Many people do not have a copy of the bylaws/covenants
Concerns about homeowners with livestock (chickens) - violation of bylaws/covenants
Pool railing for steps
Newsletter distribution
Homeowners not putting away trash cans, etc.
Annexation
Police patrol
Who's responsible for road repair?
Curb appeal/appearance of homes
Overall consensus - more communication and more meetings needed. Preferably some that are social and not all negative.

Polly is going to be an effective leader. We al need to give her and the rest of the HOA board our full cooperation!
I agree completely. Things are already off on the right foot. Great job Polly!!! The board cannot do it all by themselves, though, so we defintiely need volunteers.
Its up to each and every one of us who live in Eagle Ridge, to come together and keep our neighborhood running smooth. We as a board, can not do it all on our own. We need as many volunteers as we can get. It only takes a small amount of your time to make a difference. Help us, help you!

This is fantastic. Seeint that there is a Board of Directors that is finally invested in the neighborhood is a huge incentive to volunteer when additional help is needed. Thanks for everything you have started.
Thank you for the Eagle Ridge News letter and the blogspot. You all did a really good job. Thank you new board members and Patrice for being passionate about the neighborhood and informing us of what is going to be taking place in our neighborhood . We've lived in EagleRidge for 17 months now and this is the most communication we have had yet. Keep up the good work. Bill and Cheryl

Thanks for all of the positive feedback! And, to sjhensley, there are a lot of us that feel exactly the same as you - we are hoping that we are moving into the right direction and that our time and efforts will make a positive impact in the neighborhood.
I have been "Polly for President" for a long time now and our family is 100% behind you and the Board! Great job on the flower beds, pool, and Christmas decor at the entrances! I am not officially on the board but would be happy to help with anything! It takes all of us to make it work! The Blog is a wonderful idea...thanks for all your work thus far!
