At the next meeting please put on the agenda the (house at...). The dog barking is ridiculous. There are 6 neighbors that I know of that have complained in the past and nothing with done. In fact the people just got another dog...They do not contribute anything beside the noise and the bad landscaping. We need to focus on these type issues that we shoudl be able to handle, simply by filing a complaint as a HOA with the Sheriff's office. There are two homes around this house that are for sale but unfortunately, who is going to by them when they can not even be in their own backyard without the non-stop barking. We are know they are homd most of the time and just do not care. The previous Board complained about this house but did not take any action. What should we do now??? On top of the other issues you have been left with I understand this may not seen very big but it is. HELP!!!!
