Cars parked in the street

Reminder: Per the Covenants, Owners or residents vehicles shall not be parked in any street. (Section II, Restrictions, Subsection M) This includes work vehicles of owners/residents in Eagle Ridge.

Another issue regarding parking - complaints are on the rise regarding people have frequent parties w/ large numbers of vehicles in attendance (typically, in excess of 20) - the fire department has been called out and they have issued warnings. They have also stated that in the future, tickets will be written for illegally parked cars. Some of the issues are:

~Parking too close to stop signs
~Blocking fire hydrants
~Parking on both sides of the street which prevents emergency vehicles from driving down the street
~Blocking other homeowners and preventing them from safely being able to get in and out of their drive

If you are experiencing issues w/ this, please contact the non-emergency numbers listed below and request someone come out and issue tickets. The more people that call, the quicker this issue can get resolved.

My comment is actually about the parties one of the trailer park families constantly has on weekends, and parking in our neighborhood grass, practically on top of our entrance flowers, off of 41st street. Is there anyone we can call about this???

I think your only option is to call the police (or, say something to them).

Can you please post where the May 4th meeting will be held. We haven't been able to attend a mtg yet and want to attend this next one but don't know where to meet. We checked the newsletter but it is not posted there either. Thank you.

Just fyi, the people on the south side of 41st are having another party and have parked in the grass at the 41st & 215th entrance, tearing up the grass. What a shame. I called the BA number that you posted and they told me they could not help since we were not part of the city of BA. She gave me the Wagoner County number, which is 485-3124 in case anyone else needs it. The lady at Wagoner County was very helpful and said she'd send someone out. It's a shame that they're tearing up the grass at our entrance though.
