We have had some recent issues that homeowners would like others to know about.
One was a couple of weeks ago and happened on 39 Street in Phase I. During the night, someone got into the homeowners car, used the garage door opener to get into the garage and stole a motorcycle.
The other occurred last night on 40th Street in Phase II. A vandal trashed a homeowners front yard w/ items such as newspaper, toilet paper, plasticware stabbed into the ground and comments written on their windows.
We have received reports of a neighborhood teen girl climbing the fence into the pool area. There are fines/penalties associated w/ unauthorized access to the pool. If you know who the teen is, please contact the HOA, or, if you see her in the pool area, contact the police.
If you know anything about these issues, please contact the police. In addition, if you notice anything unusual, please do not hesitate to contact the police.

Any idea what the girl looked like? If she is from the neighborhood maybe someone will recognize her description.
I believe the person that reported it knows who she is but for some reason is hesitant to disclose that information. It's my understanding that she has been told to leave the pool area as well. I'm hoping that someone else has seen her and would be willing to provide more info.
