Additional notification (in addition to the July newsletter) w/ information regarding the upcoming general meeting is being distributed this week. Many of you have already received yours this past weekend, however, the volunteers may not be done w/ their distribution. Everyone should receive a 4 page packet (top page green - others white) in the area of their front door no later than this Thursday, Sept 3, outlining voting, etc. to occur.

As of Oct.13 , the Home Owners Assc. has not sent the annual dues notification
That's correct. They will be sent - however, I don't believe the Bylaws/Covenants specify any regulations regarding notices being sent - only that homeowners are required to pay them. It's $180/year.
